Dr. Wagoner attended medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York at Arnot Ogden Medical Center where he served as chief resident. Following completion of his residency, Dr. Wagoner completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain/Musculoskeletal Radiology in Oklahoma City at Clinical Radiology of Oklahoma under the esteemed Dr. Douglas Beall. His unique background in radiology and interventional pain provides him with the expertise to identify numerous pain generators and treat them accordingly. Dr. Wagoner is passionate about offering patients the best healthcare possible and thus is actively involved in multiple clinical research projects in intradiscal biologics, basivertebral nerve ablation, vertebral augmentation, neuromodulation, and radiofrequency ablations.

The Virginia Osteopathic Medical Association (VOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. VOMA designates this program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category category of credits 1A CME credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation.
