Description

Psych Polypharmacy….Yes! Was first presented at the Kansas Association of Osteopathic Medicine Annual Conference 2023. This program now made available on-demand follows David Wichman, MD as he explains the benefits of using multiple agents in psychiatry.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Explore and understand the theory and benefits of using multiple agents in psychiatry.
  2. Gain understanding of neurochemicals and symptom sets.
  3. Review new psychotropic agents on the market.
  4. Explores non medication treatments in psychiatry.

David M. Wichman, MD graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Kansas State University and a Doctor of Medicine from University of Kansas School of Medicine. He has had almost 20 years’ experience in the medical field. Wichman is currently the Medical Director of Katies Way TMS.
