  • Provide a framework for choosing appropriate wound treatments
  • Review advanced and adjunctive therapies, including technologies and biologics
  • Define primary care's role in multidisciplinary wound management

BIO: Dr. Seth B. Ladd completed his medical training at the William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in its inaugural class of 2014.  Dr. Ladd then went on to complete a general surgery residency program at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY.  Dr. Ladd took a year during his residency to complete a fellowship in Burn and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.  Dr. Ladd completed his residency training in 2020 and returned home to Laurel, MS as a general surgeon at South Central Regional Medical Center where he teaches medical students from WCUCOM.  Dr. Ladd’s current surgical interests are acute care general surgery, robotic surgery, and burn and wound care.
