Alan J. Kanouff, DO, “COPD and Asthma,” is a board-certified pulmonologist at Altoona (Pa.) Lung Specialists and Pittsburgh Critical Care Associates in Pittsburgh, and a sleep study interpreter at Healthy Hearts Sleep Center in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, critical care medicine and sleep medicine, he is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, University Park, and a 2003 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and a pulmonary/critical care fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
