Alfred M. Pheley, PhD; M.S.
Al Pheley earned his doctorate in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health. He also holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from North Dakota State University. His primary interests lie in population health, access to care, health workforce, osteopathic research, and policy. A former Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow, Pheley is currently Co-Director of the Osteopathic Health Policy Fellowship. Al lives in rural Gaylord, MN.
