Beau Ratke, MEd


Beau Ratke, MEd, began his law enforcement career at the Oklahoma ABLE Commission in 2006 before joining the Bureau of Narcotics in 2012.  During his career at OBN he has served within the Enforcement, Human Trafficking and Diversion divisions.  In January of 2018 he was promoted to Agent In Charge of the Tulsa Diversion Unit.  In October 2021 he was again promoted to Chief Agent where he currently oversees the Bureau’s Prescription Monitoring Program, the Registration Unit as well as all bureau law enforcement operations for Tulsa and McAlester geographical areas and the statewide Diversion Division.  He has presented on the topic of Drug Diversion to numerous conferences and groups as well as for educational videos. He is also the Administrator for the Bureau’s Rx Take Back Program and serves on numerous boards, task forces and committees including the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators.
