Beth H. Butler, “Sexually Transmitted Diseases for Clinicians: A Review of STDs with a Focus on Increasing Cases of Syphilis,” is public health program manager in the division of tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases with the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
