Blake Evans, DO, FACOOG
Blake Evans, DO, FACOG, received his bachelor’s in science degree from Oklahoma State University in Physiology. He then completed his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. After graduation, Dr. Evans performed his residency in Obstetrics in Gynecology at the Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He then did a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at The National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.
Dr. Evans is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.
