Cindy Ruttan, D.O., FACN

Dr. Ruttan, D.O., received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, in Kansas City, Missouri. She

completed her residency in Psychiatry at the Western Missouri Mental Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Ruttan also completed a Child Adolescent Fellowship at Washington University's School of Medicine Barnes Hospital/ St. Louis Children's Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri.

She is currently on staff at the Samuel Rodgers Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  She is board certified by the American Board of

Psychiatry and Neurology.  Dr. Ruttan has special interest in adolescent substance abuse, ADHD/bipolar disorder and sleep disorders in adults

and child-adolescents.
