Edward F. Bachert, Jr., MS, MPA, “Gang Awareness for the Medical Health Professional,” is chief of police at Fountain Hill Police Department and professor of criminal justice at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Chief Bachert received a master of public administration at Kutztown University and a master of science in criminal justice from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a member of many law enforcement organizations.  Chief Bachert, faculty for this educational event, is a consultant and CEO of Safe & Secure: Schools and Industries.
