Dr. Edward C. Shadiack III is an osteopathic physician board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. He also holds an additional certification in Pain Medicine and completed clinical fellowships in War-Related Illness and in Mitochondrial Medicine.

Dr. Shadiack serves as the Clinical Consult Lead Physician at the New Jersey War Related Illness and Injury Study Center (WRIISC), a national referral program for Veterans experiencing chronic, medically unexplained symptoms and exposure-related health concerns. In this role, he conducts comprehensive evaluations, synthesizes complex medical histories, and develops individualized, evidence-based recommendations to support patient care across the VA healthcare system.
