Gene Battistella, DO
Gene M. Battistella, DO, is the POMA District VIII Chair and Program Chair of the POMA District VIII 36th Annual Educational Winter Seminar. Board certified in internal medicine, he is a practicing physician at St. Clair Medical Services-West Hills Division in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. Dr. Battistella is a graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and a 1992 graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an osteopathic rotating internship at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and an internal medicine residency at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Battistella is a past president of POMA, chair of POMPAC and a board member of the POMA Foundation. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Physicians, and the Allegheny County Medical Society.
