Jacob Halvorsen, D.O.
Dr. Halvorsen graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a BS and MA in Medical Science. Then, to Iowa for medical school at Des Moines University. Served as an OMM fellow under the direction of G. Bradley Klock, DO. Intern year was completed at Mt. Sinai-Chicago in General Surgery. Completed PM&R residency through UW-Madison in 2019. Worked for two years at IU-Health in Indianapolis, working mostly in inpatient rehabilitation. Recently moved back to Madison to work at the UW Rehabilitation Hospital.
