James Steven Blake, DO

J. Steven Blake, DO, MSc, FACOI, “Understanding Liver Function Tests,” “Understanding Hepatitis Studies,” “Colon Cancer Screening,” and “Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Updates,” is a member of the education committee for POMA’s 116th Annual Clinical Assembly and Scientific Seminar. Board certified in gastroenterology, he maintains a private practice in Philadelphia. Dr. Blake is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and a 1989 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He completed an internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Philadelphia, and an internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at PCOM. A fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, Dr. Blake is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the National Osteopathic Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology and the Medical Society of Eastern Pennsylvania.
