James DeAngelo, DO, FAAAAI, FACOI, CPI
James N. DeAngelo, DO, FAAAAI, FACOI, CPI, “Urticaria and Angioedema,” is director of clinical research and vice president for Allergy and Clinical Immunology Associates of Pittsburgh and is a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Board certified in internal medicine and allergy and immunology, he is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, and a 1991 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, and internal medicine residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, and an allergy and immunology fellowship at The Cleveland (Ohio) Clinic Foundation. A fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the American College of Osteopathic Internists, Dr. DeAngelo is a member of POMA, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Dr. DeAngelo, faculty for this educational event, is an independent contractor for Novartis, Gilead, Takea is on the Speaker’s Bureau and Advisory Committee for BioCryst. All of the relevant financial relationships listed have been mitigated.
