Jamie Eller, DO
Dr. Jamie Eller serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Osteopathic Principles and Practices (OPP) at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University-College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM). She completed residency training at the Conroe Family Medicine Program and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Eller joined SHSU-COM in November of 2020 to begin her career as a medical educator and clinician.
Dr. Eller uses Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) routinely in her direct primary care practice and is passionate about teaching it to first and second-year osteopathic students. Additional professional passions include patient education in nutrition and
wellness. Her research contributions include studying the effects of using anatomical body painting in the teaching of osteopathic manipulation techniques within the first-year OMM curriculum. In her spare time, Dr. Eller enjoys spending time with her husband at their ranch.
