Jeremiah Samson, PT, ScD

Doctor Jeremiah Samson is a retired Air Force officer and is now an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Education program at Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, Oregon.  He is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, earned his Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.  Doctor Samson completed an 18 month fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Primary Care from Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo, CA.  He served as a subject matter expert panel member and co-authored the VA/DoD clinical practice guideline for the treatment of low back pain.  Doctor Samson has presented on Cervicothoracic and Upper Quadrant disorders at 5 Combined Sections Meetings of the American Physical Therapy Association.  He earned his Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.  When not engaged in physical therapy, Doctor Samson enjoys road trips with his family.
