Jeremy Fischer, DO, FACOFP


Jeremy Fischer, DO, FACOFP, is the program director for the family medicine residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, where he has served in this position for more than a decade. 

He is a 2002 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed his family medicine residency at St. John Oakland in Madison Heights. Dr. Fischer practices in Clinton Township, Michigan, and is an associate professor in the family and community medicine department at Michigan State. He is board certified by the AOBFP.

When not practicing medicine, he enjoys the outdoors, including camping, photography, biking, and paddle boarding.

Dr. Fischer discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of this presentation.
