Jessica Dresner, COO
Jessica has worked in public service for over 26 years. She began her career as a patrol officer before moving into Social Services. Since 2017 she has served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Missouri Department of Social Services, MO Healthnet Division. She is responsible for promoting the departments mission as well as transformational goals and projects. Ms. Dresner holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Stephens College and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Columbia College. She discloses that she has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of her presentation.
