John E. Balmer, DO


John E. Balmer, DO, MSMedEd, “Narcotics and Pain Management,” is a physician at Spartansburg (Pa.) Regional Health Center and Canadohta Lake Health Center in Union City, Pennsylvania. He is a member of POMA, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Osteopathy, the Osteopathic Cranial Academy, the Presque Isle Academy of Osteopathy, the American Osteopathic Academy of Addition Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
