Kari Martin, MD, FAAD


Kari Martin, MD, FAAD, is assistant professor of Dermatology and Child Health and is the Dermatology Residency Program Director at the University of Missouri in Columbia.  She is also the Director of Dermatology Medical Student Education for MS III and MS IV students in Dermatology.  Dr. Martin earned her MD degree at the University of Missouri in Columbia, and then completed a residency in Dermatology there.  She went on to complete a fellowship at the Department of Dermatology, Division of Pediatric Dermatology at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.  Dr. Martin serves the profession as a mentorship committee member for the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, and also as core curriculum task force member and Spots committee member for the American Academy of Dermatology.  She is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology in Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology.

 

Dr. Martin discloses that she is currently providing research support for Scioderm, Eli-Lilly, and Durata Therapuetics.
