Kate Hoffman, DO

Kathryn Hoffmann DO was born in Vermont and raised in central Maine. She completed her undergraduate training in biology at Colby College and went on to medical school at UNECOM. Kate attended Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency and served as chief resident during her final year in 2013. Following her graduation she joined the faculty at MDFMR where she provides a full spectrum of family medicine care including obstetrics and osteopathic manipulative medicine. She was appointed Osteopathic Education Director in 2017 and Assistant Program Director/Education Director in 2021. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She and her husband have four young children.
