Kate LaFollette

Kate LaFollette has her diploma in nursing.  She has worked in the QIO at Telligen since 2012, currently as a Program Specialist working with communities and care transitions.  Kate can present on a wide variety of topics including health care quality improvement, Leadership & Organizing in Action, Crucial Conversations, and Team STEPPS.  Kate has her Parish Nurse Education Certificate.  She has past job experience in direct patient care and as a quality director for a physician group.
