Kelly A. Raj, DO, FAAFP

Kelly A. Raj, DO, FAAFP, “Chronic Pain Management,” is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and a clinical associate professor at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Board certified in family medicine, she is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and a 2005 graduate of LECOM, and completed a family medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. A fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, she is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, the Ohio Osteopathic Association, and the Assembly of Osteopathic Graduate Medical Educators.
