Ken Woods, D.O.
Dr. Kenneth Woods is from Steubenville, Ohio where he currently practices Infectious Disease at Trinity Health System. He completed undergraduate education at Kent State University, then a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology at The Ohio State University. His medical school was completed at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) followed by an Osteopathic Internship and Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in Pittsburgh, PA. He completed his Infectious Disease fellowship training at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Medical Specialists for Infectious Disease. In his current role, Dr. Woods manages a variety of complex infections for both inpatients and outpatients, while chairing multi-disciplinary teams in Infection Prevention and Antibiotic Stewardship.
