Michael Srulevich, DO
Michael E. Srulevich, DO, MPH, “Deciphering Bone Density Studies,” and “Improper Prescribing in the Elderly,” is a professor of geriatrics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and program director of the PCOM Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program. He serves as an associate medical director at VNA Hospice of Philadelphia and is the lead physician for palliative medicine at Roxborough Memorial Hospital. Board certified in family medicine with certificates of added qualification in geriatric medicine and hospice and palliative medicine, Dr. Srulevich is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Drexel University of Public Health, and a 2002 graduate of PCOM. He completed an internship, family medicine residency and geriatric fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford. Dr. Srulevich is a member of the POMA, the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, the Eastern Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society, the American Medical Directors Association and the Pennsylvania Medical Directors Association.
