Rama Kunkle, DO, FACOI

Rama Kunkle, DO, FACOI is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. She trained at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency in Philadelphia in 2007.  After residency, she moved to Phoenix and started practice in Hospital Medicine.  She has also served as associate medical director for several hospices. In 2011, she received a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.  She developed the inpatient palliative care program at John C. Lincoln, North Mountain. She is currently working as the full time medical director of Palliative Care Services at HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center. In 2016, she was named as a Top Doctor in Phoenix Magazine and received the HonorHealth award for Distinguished Medical Service.
