Regina Phillips, MSW is a co-founder of Cross Cultural Community Services and Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Phillips has previously worked for the Westbrook School Department and the City of Portland Social Services Division, running the Refugee Services and Family Shelter Programs. Ms. Phillips has also worked as an adjunct professor at both the University of New England and Southern Maine. She has a Master of Social Work degree from UNE and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Social Work at Tulane University.
