BIO: Dr. Odem is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at William Carey University School of Pharmacy. She is an ambulatory care pharmacist at a Federally Qualified Health Center clinic as part of her university appointment. She is a pharmacy consultant for a local opioid addiction recovery clinic. Dr. Odem sits on the advisory board for the Mississippi Delta Health Collaborative Medication Therapy. Prior to her appointment at William Carey University, Dr. Odem served the gulf coast community in hospital and retail pharmacy. Her practice and scholarly interests include improving medication therapy management and combating the opioid epidemic.
