Sarah Hoffman DO
Sarah Hoffman is a pediatric sports medicine provider in South Portland, Maine at Maine Medical Partners Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She grew up in Maine, attended Colby College and later University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete residency at Thomas Jefferson and Alfred I DuPont Hospital for Children. After completing a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Drexel University, she worked at Alfred I DuPont Hospital for Children as a pediatric sports medicine physician in the pediatric orthopedic department. Returning to Maine was always a goal and after her husband finished his fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, the two were happy to be able to join Maine Medical Partners in August of 2016.
