Shang Loh, MD, FACS, FSVS


Shang Loh, MD, FACS, FSVS, “Current Medical, Endovascular and Surgical Management of Carotid Artery Disease,” is chief of vascular surgery and professor of clinical surgery at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. Board certified in general and vascular surgery, he is a graduate of University of California at Berkeley and a 2002 graduate of Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station, Texas. He completed his general surgery and vascular surgery residency and fellowship at New York University Medical Center. A fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society for Vascular Surgery, Dr. Loh is a member of the Eastern Vascular Society, the New York Vascular Society, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society, and the Association of Program Directors in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Loh, faculty for this educational event, is on the speakers bureau for Cook Medical, Gore Medical and Silk Road. He serves on the advisory committee for Cook Medical and Medtronic.
