Shashidharamurthy Taval, PhD
Shashidharamurthy Taval, PhD, “COVID-19 – From Virus to Vaccine: Pharmacological Approaches to Inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 Viral Spread,” is an associate professor in the pharmaceutical sciences department at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Pharmacy in Suwannee, Georgia, and an adjunct faculty member at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Taval is a graduate of the University of Mysore, India, where he also received his doctorate degree in biochemistry. He completed his postdoctoral fellowships at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and Emory University. Dr. Taval is a member of the American Association of Immunologists and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. He has provided no disclosures.
