Stephan Kowalyk, MD

Stephan Kowalyk, MD, FAACE, “2022 Diabetes Care Update with Case Application,” is medical director of the diabetes clinic and director of endocrinology services at Excela Health System in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism, he is also a physician with Endocrinology Services, PC in Greensburg. Dr. Kowalyk is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and a 1985 graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School in Newark. He completed an internship and internal medicine residency at the Cleveland (Ohio) Clinic Foundation and metabolism, endocrinology and nutrition fellowship at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Veterans Administration Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
