Anthony Rodgers, MSPH, has over 30 years of healthcare executive management experience in public and private health plans, hospital systems, and State and Federal Government. He received a Master of Science Public Health degree and BA degree in Economics and Political Science from University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Rodgers is a Principal with Health Management Associates (HMA). He works with federal, state, and local governments, public and private health plans, and safety net providers. He provides subject area expertise in the emerging markets of Medicaid managed care, value based payment models, accountable care networks, dual eligible, delivery system transformation and redesign, and health information systems.
