Veenod Chulani, MD


Veenod Chulani, MD is Section Chief of Adolescent Medicine and Medical Director of the Homeless Youth Outreach Program at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. He is also Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the University of Arizona -Phoenix Department of Child Health. Dr. Chulani received his medical degree from Ateneo de Davao University and completed his pediatric residency training at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York. He completed clinical and research fellowships in Adolescent Medicine at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and is board certified in pediatrics and adolescent medicine. His clinical and research interests include adolescent sexual and reproductive health, including the care of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth (LGBTQ) and caring for homeless and runaway adolescents. Dr. Chulani has lectured nationally and internationally on a host of topics related to adolescent medicine.
