William A. Bergin, DO
William A. Bergin, DO, “Post Stroke Rehab,” is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician in private practice in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and medical director of Crichton Rehabilitation Services in Johnstown. Dr. Bergin is a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania and a 2009 graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an osteopathic rotating internship at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Oakwood Heritage Hospital in Taylor, Michigan. Dr. Bergin is a member of POMA, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
