Eric Papierniak, DO, received his DO degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He completed both his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine at University of Florida/Shands Hospital. Dr. Papierniak is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, and Critical Care Medicine. Currently, he is the ICU Director for the US Department of Veterans Affairs at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Papierniak is also Associate Professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care at the University of Florida. Currently, there is a clinic focused on the treatment of severe asthma at UF.
