  1. *Learn the significance and pathopsysiology of endplate changes (Modic Changes)
  2. *Understand the different causes of Low Back Pain
  3. *Identify patients with low back pain who have not responded to conventional treatment
  4. *Identify appropriate patients to refer for Basivertebral Nerve Ablation
  5. *Understand the complex, multi-faceted causes and treatments for low back pain

Donald L. Erb, DO, completed his fellowship training in pain management at the University of South Florida in 1996, and he holds a subspecialty certification in pain management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. In addition, Dr. Erb has been actively involved in pain research since 2008, helping to conduct nearly two dozen clinical trials for various pharmaceutical companies Dr. Donald Erb, a fellowship-trained pain management doctor, joined Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center in 2013. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency and anesthesiology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
