Eustaquio O. Abay II, MD., FACS, received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1973. He later continued at the University of Minnesota Mayo Graduate School of Medicine where he received a Masters in Neurosurgery. Abay has had numerous publications in his over 40 year career and continues to present lectures while being considered one of the top Neurosurgeons in the Wichita area.
