 Articulate fundamental skills that foster an inclusive leadership style
 Create a personal roadmap for developing capacity to lead inclusively

The Maine Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

Kenneth G. (Ken) Brown, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist who serves as the Tippie Children Professor of Management in the Tippie College of Business and as a Professor of Educational Policy and Leadership Studies in the College of Education, University of Iowa. Ken is a consultant and executive trainer who runs his own boutique consulting business, a former university administrator, and an award-winning scholar and teacher.
