Andrew S. Faiella, PharmD

Dr. Faiella is a licensed pharmacist in the state of Ohio with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and patient care. Dr. Faiella graduated from The Ohio State University in 2015 with his PharmD and completed a community pharmacy based PGY1 at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio. Currently practicing at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital Family Medicine. Dr. Faiella’s clinical interest include chronic disease state management, diabetes technology, and patient education. With a passion for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices, Dr. Faiella is dedicated to advancing the role of pharmacists in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
