Audrey Surak DO

Dr. Audrey Surak DO is a board-certified family physician in Wilmington, NC. She graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992 and completed a family medicine residency at Florida Hospital East Orland in 1995. She practiced in Middletown, NJ, for 11 years before relocating to Wilmington. where she has her own practice with my husband, Clem, at the helm and 5 other employees. She is a medical director for Porters Neck Village an independent retirement community and Trinity Grove Nursing facility.
