Dustin Cupp, DO, MSHD, CPE, FAAFP


Dr Dustin Cupp is a native Oklahoman who completed his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and his doctor of osteopathy from the OSU-College of Osteopathic Medicine/College of Health Sciences. He completed residency in family medicine at In His Image, FM residency in Tulsa. Dr Cupp also holds a Master of Science in healthcare delivery from Arizona State University. He has experience in full-spectrum practice in rural Oklahoma and Kentucky as well as serving as faculty in graduate medical education. He is currently the medical director for Community Care, HMO, Oklahoma’s largest locally owned and operated health insurance plan. Dr Cupp’s interests include quality/health system improvement, population health, and healthcare leadership development.

Dr Cupp lives in Owasso with his wife of 23 years and their 4 children.
