Gaston Dana
Dr. Dana graduated from Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSUKPCOM) in Davie, FL, in 1992. He completed a rotating internship at Palmetto General Hospital in Palmetto, FL, and an internal medicine residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. He subsequently continued his education and training at multiple programs and medical institutions and maintains certifications in internal medicine, emergency medicine, undersea and hyperbaric medicine, wound care medicine and surgery, and medical acupuncture. He has four fellowships and is a registered physician in vascular interpretation and musculoskeletal sonography. He is an exam writer for the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement (APCA) and a clinical instructor at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM) in Indianapolis, IN, Butler University’s physician assistant program, and Franklin College’s pre-medical program. Currently, he is the Chairman of Medicine and the Medical Director for the Wound Healing Center at Johnson Memorial Hospital. He also is serving as a regional trainer for vascular vein procedures for Medtronic and a scientific advisory board member for vein care.
