Kim Stupica-Dobbs received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Marquette University in 2007. Dobbs later received a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University in 2009. Dobbs currently holds the position of Regional Administrator of Region 7 for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Here Dobbs coordinates local engagement and preforms administrative and operational support to all CMS employees.
