Meghan Drayton Jackson, DO, MBOE
Dr. Meghan Drayton Jackson is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Indiana University School of Medicine and Riley Hospital for Children. Dr. Drayton Jackson has a special interest in caring for patients with sickle cell disease and thalassemia. She joined the Comprehensive Hemoglobinapathy Program at Riley in 2019 where she works with a multidisciplinary team to provide state-of-the-art, evidence-based, quality care using a holistic approach to meet the needs of each child and family. Dr. Drayton Jackson also has additional training in quality improvement/patient safety and applies these principles to address health care utilization and healthcare inequities. She also serves as the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant Director of Quality & Safety. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University, completed Residency at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital and Fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Drayton Jackson also has a Master of Business in Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University.
