Rebecca Hunt, M.D.

Dr. Rebecca Hunt is a generalist Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Clinical Associate Professor and Medical Director for Inpatient Obstetrics at MaineHealth Medical Center-Portland.  As an educator, she teaches medical students, residents, and faculty.  She specializes in using simulation to teach interdisciplinary interprofessional teams to manage obstetrical emergencies and identify latent safety threats.  Her clinical interests include marginalized patient populations, family planning, transgender care, menopause, and both high and low risk obstetrics.  She is passionate about increasing access to and improving obstetrical and gynecological care for all Mainers.
