Robert Saint, Esquire
Robert Saint graduated from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 1979. As a young attorney, he served on a multi-state strike force, The Leviticus Project, where he was regularly appointed as special prosecutor to prosecute securities’ frauds. In private practice, he was engaged in civil litigation and criminal defense. During the past 30 years, Mr. Saint has represented physicians in and outside of Indiana in disability claims and actions against disability insurance companies. Mr. Saint has represented physicians from nearly all specialties suffering from a disability. Mr. has battled nearly every disability insurance company in the United States. Mr. Saint regularly consults physicians about contractual issues and disputes, including the enforcement of noncompetition clauses.
Mr. Saint represents physicians under investigation by the Indiana Attorney General, hospital peer review committees (actions), and represents physicians before the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana.
Mr. Saint has received an AV Rating (the highest rating for competence and ethics) for more than 30 years by Martindale and Hubbell.
