Steven Boles, DO, FASM received his DO degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa and completed his internship and residency in internal medical at Phoenix General Hospital. Board certified in family practice, Dr. Boles is certified in addiction medicine by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, of which he is a Fellow and past president. He currently practices at HonorHealth in Peoria, Arizona. Dr. Boles was recognized by Phoenix Magazine as a 2017 Top Doc.
