Dr. Sujan Gogu, a triple board-certified physician in family, sports, and pain medicine, is dedicated to serving the underserved community of the Rio Grande Valley. He mentors students and residents at multiple medical schools, advocates for healthcare with the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Medical Association, and champions improved health outcomes through political advocacy with Healthcare for Action. In 2024-2025, he will serve as the incoming president of the Texas ACOFP. Dr. Gogu, a respected commentator, speaker, and writer, also provides medical expertise to USA Badminton, USA Boxing, and the NBA G-League team Rio Grande Valley Vipers. He continues to expand his sports medicine network through Team USA while advancing his career at DHR Health.
